Order Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
However, you may change your order to another product of equal or higher value only if informed before dispatch.
Alternatively, we can issue a credit note of the same value, valid for 6 months.

Please note: Some orders are shipped immediately, so timely communication is essential.
Exchange Policy
For approved exchanges, the replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days
If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at shalini@ershka.com within 7–10 days of delivery, mentioning your order number and the new product you’d like to exchange it for.
- The courier cost for both sides of the exchange must be borne by the customer.
- Once the returned item is received and verified to be in its original, unused condition, your exchange will be processed.
Shipping Delays & Refunds
In case of delays caused by natural events, pandemic, courier, or technical issues, we will deduct 10% (bank/card processing charges) and refund the remaining amount.
Refunds Customers can raise a refund request within 7 days from the date of delivery
For approved refunds, the amount will be credited into the source account within 7-10 business days
International Shipping Charges
If, due to a technical or network error, the shipping fee is not applied at checkout, our team will reach out to collect the payment.
If the payment is not completed, a 10% deduction (bank/card processing charges) will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded within 15–30 business days.
